- How it works
- The cardholder enrolls a card and sets a spending mandate. An agent calls a supported seller through an x402 payment plan; Nevermined checks the mandate and arranges settlement.
- At checkout
- In the supported card-delegation flow, there is no merchant card form for the agent. Nevermined obtains a single-use Visa credential and creates a payment on the seller's Stripe account.
- Security
- Nevermined says the card number is held by VGS, so neither Nevermined nor the agent sees it. The spending mandate constrains purchases; seller and payment-scheme support varies.
